  • acting for a well-established developer (specialising in age-restricted living) on the purchase of a site in the Cotswolds with sub-sale of the open market and affordable housing provision
  • acting for a prominent regional developer on the acquisition of a substantial green field site to be promoted through the LPA’s core strategy and released for a residential development of more than 90 units
  • acting for a strategic land promoter on a multi-party hybrid Promotion/Option/Collaboration Agreement regarding an urban extension of Canterbury
