- Advising on conditional acquisition and sub-sales of sites for builder-developers acting as intermediaries and building contractors for housing associations in the South West
- Advising on the acquisition of a 40-unit brownfield site in Southampton with existing planning permission
- Advising a regional housebuilder of over 55s residential properties on the disposal of a development site for development involving complex title and contractual issues along with in-depth highways advice
- Acting for developers and lenders in mezzanine finance and site refinances for a range of residential schemes in the South West and South East, from 20 to 300 units
