Simon is a Legal Director in the Thrings Property Litigation team, advising both companies and individuals on contentious property matters, always taking a commercial approach to the resolution of disputes.

In commercial property, Simon acts for landlords and tenants in issues arising during and at the end of leases. His client base also includes developers and those affected by the development of land.

Simon regularly helps private clients with property issues that they encounter, including cohabitation / trust disputes, disputed contracts, misrepresentation and professional negligence claims related to property.

In recent years, Simon has gained significant experience advising on telecoms issues arising out of the Electronic Communications Code.
