Alex Pyatt Accolades Alex Pyatt Accolades

Alex and his team guided us expertly through a complicated reorganisation, ensuring it was dealt with professionally and efficiently, displaying not only the qualities I would expect from a legal adviser but also those of an effective project manager. Alex’s advice and support was pragmatic and timely, demonstrating a great level of technical knowledge in a very complex project. I would happily recommend Alex and the Thrings team. – Dave Signorelli, Chief Operating Officer, Sentaca Communications Ltd

Alex’s advice in relation to the sale of our company was exactly what we would have wanted from an adviser. It was delivered within a tight timescale, in a pragmatic and straightforward manner and for the agreed cost.  Alex and his team were able to work with us in a coordinated and logical way so that we were provided with the protection we needed and understood any issues that might exist. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex for other corporate transaction work. – Mark Underwood, GoNew Recruitment Limited
