Estelle is a Senior Associate in the Thrings Residential Property team, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients ranging from first-time buyers to large portfolio holders and high net worth individuals.

Her role involves managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting thorough title investigations, requesting relevant property searches, formalising exchange of contracts and liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.

Estelle is dedicated to supporting her clients through the often-stressful process of buying and selling property, ensuring that each transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently while addressing all legal considerations.

  • High-value Central London property purchase: Acting for a high-net-worth client in the purchase of a multi-million-pound property in Central London. The transaction involved complex negotiations with the seller’s solicitors, detailed title investigations, and liaising with private lenders and tax advisors, with the process completed smoothly and within a tight deadline.
  • Purchase of a listed property with a pool.
  • Transfer of Part to facilitate mortgage financing: Managing a complex transfer of part matter where a client needed to separate a portion of their property so it could be financed by a mortgage lender. Estelle worked closely with surveyors and the mortgage lender to ensure that the newly created property could be financed, allowing the client to secure the necessary funds while retaining ownership of the remaining land.
  • Transfer of equity following divorce: Acting for a client in the transfer of equity following a divorce, which involved the transfer of a jointly owned family home into the sole name of one party. The case required sensitive handling due to the personal nature of the situation, as well as careful coordination with family lawyers and financial advisors.
