Estelle is a Senior Associate in the Thrings Residential Property team, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients ranging from first-time buyers to large portfolio holders and high net worth individuals.
Her role involves managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting thorough title investigations, requesting relevant property searches, formalising exchange of contracts and liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties.
Estelle is dedicated to supporting her clients through the often-stressful process of buying and selling property, ensuring that each transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently while addressing all legal considerations.
Areas of Specialism:
- Freehold and Leasehold Transactions: Specialising in handling both freehold and leasehold property transactions.
- Transfer of Equity: Experienced in handling transfer of equity matters including in the context of divorce or separation.
- Remortgaging Property: Acting on remortgaging residential properties, helping clients navigate the legal process and ensuring all lender requirements are met.
- First Registrations for Unregistered Land: Acting on first registrations for unregistered land, guiding clients through the complex process of registering property with the Land Registry.
- Trust and Succession Property Work: Collaborating with the Trust and Succession team on matters involving residential properties held in trust. This involves advising trustees throughout the transaction and handling property transfers within trusts.
