A highly skilled and experienced solicitor, Thomas offers legal advice on a range of matters affecting families, their businesses and family relationships. He has over 40 years' experience in property related work including rural land and commercial and residential development. During his career, he has developed in-depth knowledge of the complexities surrounding the ownership of assets. Thomas also advises clients on family matters, including wills and inheritance. As well as a successful career in law, Thomas has, throughout his working life, given his time as a chair, a trustee and a non-executive director of a number of charitable and not for profit organisations, including Dorothy House, RICE, the Arnolfini, Bath Festivals and the University of Bath and is currently chair of the Bath Preservation Trust. He has led the firm and his business experience has helped him turn a small solicitor's practice in Bath into a top 100 law firm.
