Long-standing market expertise

We represent issuers, nomads, financial advisers, corporate advisers and brokers, our team has experience across the full spectrum of equity capital markets activity including public M&A subject to the City Code, IPOs, secondary offerings, advice on the relevant rules and obligations under English corporate law. We also have an in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and best practice.

Many of the deals we work on are cross-border, involving advisers in multiple jurisdictions. We have particular expertise in coordinating and managing the overseas legal teams of issuers, and we can review their work on behalf of nomads, brokers and financial advisers. We also work across a broad range of sectors, with particular focus on natural resources, TMT and financial services.

For listings for issuers we will guide you through the listing process, ensuring your path to listing is as smooth as possible and that you are prepared for the likely demands of nomads, brokers and financial advisers. Our experience advising clients and also working in-house means that we are able to provide advice that gets to the heart of what is commercially important to the transaction, ensuring the listing process is as efficient as possible.

[Kevin and his team] acted alongside us as specialist corporate legal advisors throughout the process leading to our recent admission to AIM. They brought a detailed understanding of the issues involved and helped to consolidate effort across all of the advisors involved. They provided first rate legal input on a number of technical matters and were both accessible and quick to respond. As specialists in the corporate finance field, [Kevin and his team] are well able to compete with larger firms and can act as trusted partner for their clients. I would be delighted to recommend the firm to prospective clients.
