- acting for a well-established developer (specialising in age-restricted living) on the purchase of a site in the Cotswolds with sub-sale of the open market and affordable housing provision
- acting for a prominent regional developer on the acquisition of a substantial green field site to be promoted through the LPA’s core strategy and released for a residential development of more than 90 units
- acting for a strategic land promoter on a multi-party hybrid Promotion/Option/Collaboration Agreement regarding an urban extension of Canterbury
- acting for a land trader on the acquisition of a contaminated brown field site to redeveloped (under a joint venture with a local authority) for residential and mixed use with an adjoining marina scheme
