Following on from the successful ‘Thrings Meets’ series, ‘Thrings Eats’ celebrates the businesses, groups and organisations that put food at the heart of Hampshire.
The project is being run by Thrings in support of the Countryside Education Trust (CET), the charity which aims to help children and adults learn about, understand and care for the countryside.
This month Sally Elcoate, joint managing director of New Forest-based Ginger Catering Company, chats to Sue Cornall, legal director in Thrings’ Residential Property team, about her decision to go it alone after 20 years working for other people, and how the success of her businesses hinges on two simple ingredients: good food delivered by excellent service.
