    Tracy is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Real Estate department dealing with commercial and residential property transactions.

    Having worked in the property sector since 2007, Tracy has progressed from department secretary and paralegal to a Chartered Legal Executive. In 2023, she completed her practice rights application with CILEX and is now a Conveyancing Practitioner.

    Since 2011, she has worked on commercial property transactions to include sales, purchases, refinance, and landlord and tenant matters. Her work also sees her deal with secured lending, deeds of easements and utilises her wealth of experience in carrying out efficient and accurate due diligence, searches and enquiries.

    She has also maintained her CQS training and continues to deal with residential sales and purchases for commercial property clients.
