    Shana is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department, having qualified in September 2024.

    She has developed experience in Residential and Commercial Property Law in addition to completing two of her training contract seats in Insolvency Law and Family Law, having developed a keen eye for detail and delivering an efficient and timely service to clients.

    Shana supports the partners and senior fee earners in the team on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including private acquisitions and disposals, shareholders’ agreements, share capital changes, corporate reorganisations and general company and constitutional matters. She also assists with commercial contract reviews and Intellectual Property advice.
