Sean is a Paralegal within the Residential Property team. As an allocated contact for third party solicitors, Sean supports the team in commercial lending. He also deals with the submission and archival of land registry applications, transfers, leases and requisitions.

With experience in residential and commercial conveyancing spanning five years, Sean is experienced in every stage of transaction. He is knowledgeable of protocols navigating third parties such as local councils, search providers and management companies.
