Sara is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team at Thrings. She mainly works on both contentious and non-contentious commercial landlord and tenant disputes, and telecom disputes.

Sara regularly advises clients on lease renewals, break notices, boundary claims, breach of restrictive covenants, forfeiture, debt claims, dilapidations disputes, right of first refusal, trespass claims and easement issues.

Sara also advises landowners and code operators on the complex law surrounding the Electronic Communications Code. She is experienced in advising clients on the evolving nature of the Code and has previously worked on disputes referred to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) which have laid the industry standard for Risk and Method Assessment Statements (RAMS), Heads of Terms and Code Agreements.
