Sam is a Partner within our Succession & Tax team.

Whilst predominantly based from our Wye Valley offices, Sam helps clients from across all of our offices and wider afield nationally and her clients range from high net worth individuals, landowners, business owners and in particular those involved in agriculture.  Sam is sought out for her expertise in optimising estate and tax planning with the view of protecting and passing on private wealth.

Sam is able to assist with:

• Tax efficient estate planning
• Creation and administration of trusts
• The application of business and agricultural property relief
• Preparing Wills and the administration of estates
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Court of Protection matters

Sam is a member of the nationally-recognised Agriculture team and is particularly well-versed with the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
