Richard is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team serving the Wye Valley and South West market. Predominantly based in our Lydney office, Richard is responsible for seeing a varied range of property transactions of varying complexities through to completion and has dealt with both registered and unregistered sales and purchases.
Regularly dealing with leasehold transactions and sales and purchases of part of a larger area of land or property, Richard also has experience in handling “new build” transactions on both sides of the England and Wales border, with extensive knowledge of the distinctions between the two countries conveyancing procedures.

Richard’s experience covers a range of residential property areas, including new build, shared ownership, unregistered land and dealing with both individual and company buyers and sellers.
He has also dealt with division of properties – for example, converted barns or outbuildings on farms
Dealing with purchases involving five holiday lets on one title with a commercial element for a company with a purchase price in excess of one million pounds.
I have dealt with various high value purchases of properties in London with one in the SW19 postcode with a purchase price nearing three million pounds.
Acting on a division of one larger section of land into numerous titles in West Wales for future sale and rental. The work included a complex drainage arrangement impacting on third party land and to ensure rights of way to the various new titles were created. This transaction was supported by two separate re-mortgage transactions.
