    Liz is a Trust Executive in our Private Client team, acting for clients on the administration of trusts and all related matters.

    With almost two decades of experience in personal tax, Liz plays an important role in the firm’s management of tax for individuals, trusts and estates, and is a Fellow of the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT).

    • Tax for personal, trusts and estates
    • Claimed PPR relief for individuals with grounds larger than the permitted area and for trustees of an interest in possession trust.
    • Appropriation of assets to beneficiaries within an estate to mitigate Capital Gains Tax.
    • Calculating and reporting Capital Gains Tax, both for domestic individuals and those overseas.
