    Lisa is a CILEx Chartered Legal Executive working within the succession and tax team. Working closely with Penelope Munro, who heads up the Probate team in the administration of estates,  Lisa also assists in the preparation of Wills, Codicils and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

    Lisa has been with Thrings since 2012, starting off as a Legal Secretary within the Succession and Tax team. She began her CILEx studies in 2017 during which she worked within the Trusts sub-team, before making a return to the Wills and Estates team, where she was able to progress her experience and qualify.

    A historic estate where an additional asset had been located.  This involved tracking down the executors, filing an amended inheritance tax account and calculating the inheritance tax and interest due.  It also involved tracking down the residuary beneficiaries in the estate through social media.
