Forming part of the residential conveyancing team, Laura is a Licensed Conveyancer responsible for handling a range of residential conveyancing matters including the sale and purchase of both registered and unregistered properties, voluntary registrations, transfers of equity and mortgages/re-mortgages.
Laura strives to be an approachable and calming presence for her clients and prides herself on her ability to maintain strong professional relationships with clients, other lawyers and estate agents. All of which, she feels, contributes to a smooth road to completion.

Laura has been within the conveyancing sector for over 10 years, having developed a wealth of experience in both residential conveyancing and acting for developer clients in connection with the sale of properties on newly built developments and associated matters.
Whilst acting for developer clients, in addition to the conveyancing for the sale of each plot upon the development, Laura also dealt with the preparation of the contract documentation for each development following land acquisition, infrastructure agreements and deeds of easement or variation for her clients.
The experience of acting for developer clients within the fast-paced niche of newbuild conveyancing has provided Laura with a strong sense for issues which could impact or delay a transaction and a passion for finding a swift solution.
