As Head of Business Development, Jo helps to grow the firm’s existing client relationships and nurture new opportunities alongside the legal teams. This includes shaping the firm’s strategy for business development including key client account management, a client listening programme and general relationship management. Jo is passionate about client service being a key driver in generating long-term profitable revenue growth for the firm whilst meeting our clients’ needs.
Jo has worked in the legal sector for more than three decades, joining a small firm as a receptionist at the age of 18 before going on to work as a paralegal whilst studying part-time to become a Legal Executive, then qualifying as a solicitor in 2002.
Having specialised in personal injury law at a Top 100 law firm, Jo’s skillset for building lasting relationships with clients saw her move into a business development role in 2009, which enabled her to add further commercial value to the firm by focussing on relationships with clients and professional contacts.
