Gemma is a Paralegal in the Company Commercial team. She supports the team in acquisitions, mergers and sales, reviewing articles of association and research. Gemma also helps the Corporate team during transaction, rolling out ancillary documents. She assists in company secretarial, and registered office services for clients as well as Companies House filings, and preparation of Dormant accounts and Completion Bibles.
