Lizzie assists fee earners with the preparation of documentation and correspondence, such as Letters Before Action, the preparation and service of Notices (for both Landlord and Tenant), and general day to day assistance with matters.

Acting for an individual Landlord wanting to remove a tenant from their property, in order to sell. Preparing a S.21 Notice to be served on the tenant .
Acting for a company, reviewing their historical documentation to evidence the ownership/transfer of ownership of a property. Preparing a witness statement and bundle of supporting documentation in order to evidence ownership.
Advising a SIPP management team, and their respective SIPP clients, on the recovery of rent arrears through Letters Before Action. Advising further should the rent arrears remain unpaid.
Acting for a Landlord of a commercial unit, and working with them alongside bailiffs to regain possession of the property due to significant rental arrears. Working closely with the Landlord to quickly negotiate terms with the tenant, and preparing a Tenancy at Will, granting the tenant possession for a limited amount of time whilst they search for alternative premises to trade from.
Acting for Landlord company in the preparation of the relevant notices, according to the lease terms, in order to bring the lease to an end and regain possession of commercial units, in order to demolish/reconstruct the units.
