Associate
Dan is a Associate in our Dispute Resolution team, based in our Bristol office. Having trained with Thrings and qualified early in December 2021, Dan has completed seats in Personal Injury, Insolvency and a seat and a half in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
Dan acts for and advises a variety of clients, ranging from individuals and SMEs to national and multinational corporations, on a wide range of disputes, such as:
- Construction and engineering disputes;
- Contractual disputes;
- Intellectual property disputes;
- Partnership disputes;
- Professional negligence disputes;
- Reputation Management including claims for defamation; and
- Shareholder and director disputes.
Having acted for clients at a pre-action stage right through to trial and enforcement, Dan is experienced in successfully negotiating and settling disputes at all stages of litigation.
