As part of our Corporate and Commercial team in Swindon, Conor helps our clients deal with a wide range of matters. From company restructure and reorganisation to acquisitions and disposals, he puts the legal processes in place to ensure smooth transitions and give stakeholders peace of mind. Conor also helps to arrange shareholder and investor agreements, as well as loan agreements, to ensure our clients build robust foundations for new commercial relationships.
Through his collaborative approach, Conor builds long-term partnerships with clients and supports them with a range of ongoing matters, such as company secretarial and commercial contracts. Drawing on his corporate and commercial expertise, he carries out thorough legal due diligence to help clients expand with confidence.
Agriculture
Conor initially worked in our Agricultural Litigation team, dealing with a variety of disputes, such as those involving inheritance claims, business ownership, agricultural land and commercial contracts. Today, Conor specialises in the corporate and commercial side of agricultural law, supporting clients through company formations, business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts and farming joint venture agreements.
