With a thorough and detailed approach to her work, Claire’s expertise includes a wide range of property transactions and advisory work, acting for landowners, farmers, equestrian businesses, private and commercial clients.

This includes on the sale and purchase of rural property, high value secured lending on farms and estates, commercial tenancies, farming partnerships, land transfers relating to estate planning, unregistered land and the management of estate planning matters for farmers, estate owners and equestrian business owners

Claire’s background also includes private wealth matters, including estate, succession, and tax planning, as a full Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
