    Charlotte is a solicitor in the Thrings Commercial Property team who assists on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, acquisitions and disposals and development of land.

    Having qualified in September 2020, following a traineeship with a boutique property West End firm in London, Charlotte has amassed plenty of experience working in both the commercial property and property finance teams.

    This includes regularly acting for banks and lenders in relation to development loans secured over development sites, as well as working on investment finance and private banking transactions.

    Charlotte also has experience in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus on acting for commercial occupiers in the hospitality and leisure sector.
