Ian Walker MBE is one of Britain’s most successful sailors, having experienced glory at the Olympics, the America’s Cup and the Volvo Ocean Race. Now putting his significant knowledge and skills to good use as Director of Racing at the Royal Yachting Association, Ian speaks to Thrings partner Sally Pike about what it means to be responsible for club racing in the UK, the Olympic sailing team’s performance and everything in between.
