Biodiversity, Nutrient Neutrality and more...

We work with landowners, developers, and local planning authorities to deliver guidance on all aspects of the Natural Capital market. This includes advising on all the legal frameworks underpinning the natural capital economy including habitats regulations assessment, nutrient neutrality, water neutrality, biodiversity net gain, and conservation covenants. Our multi-disciplinary team draws on expertise from our Environment and Planning team, our Agriculture specialists and our commercial and real estate experts. The allows us to guide our clients through the complexity of the emerging market and deliver the positive environmental outcomes whilst ensuring that any potential arrangement keeps the best possible commercial outcomes in mind.

In addition, we work with a variety of consultants in order to identify and deliver natural capital opportunities. This includes experts working in ecology, hydrology, and other relevant fields who allow us to advise from concept and calculation, through securing approval from Natural England, to delivery of the scheme. The earlier we are involved, the better outcome we can deliver.

Our commitment to this field sees us sponsor the Environmental Farmers Group to deliver on their mission of producing quality assured, natural capital goods and a positive environmental impact on a landscape scale.
