You’re a bright and proactive individual, possess real commercial awareness and keen to develop and learn through our training contract. We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic, able to think independently but above all, dedicated to a career in law and making a difference for their clients through effective client relationships.

Ideally you hold a 2:1 degree, have already completed your LPC or have a course underway; you may have even completed the GDL/CPE (if applicable).  We are open to applicants who have a 2:2 degree if you have paralegal experience.

What you need to demonstrate is the ability to grasp facts well and work out effective solutions quickly.  If you think you fit the bill, we’re keen to hear from you.

We operate a structured two year training contract split into four six-month seats. You can expect to gain experience within at least three different practice areas, with a balance of contentious and non-contentious work.  You are likely to work in a number of our five offices, which means you’ll benefit from working in different environments with different colleagues.

You will gain hands-on experience and have responsibility from day one. You will be exposed to partners, associates and solicitors alike, who will help you to develop the skills for a great career in law. You will get to work with a diverse client base with support from a dedicated supervisor who will hold regular 1:1 meetings with you, providing you with feedback to help you gain the exposure and skills you need to be a successful solicitor. You will get the opportunity to attend training courses and events that are relevant to your career.
