Seizing the opportunities and overcoming the obstacles in the development world is the focus of the latest seminar organised by Thrings Solicitors.
The free-to-attend event, which is set to bring together experts from across the region’s development sector, will take place at The Watershed, 1 Canon's Rd, Bristol on Tuesday, 30 January from 8am to 10am.
Opening the seminar will be Prof Chris Willmore, Cabinet Member for Planning, Regeneration and Infrastructure at South Gloucestershire Council, and Professor of Sustainability and Law at the University of Bristol.
As keynote speaker, Prof Willmore is set to discuss how South Gloucestershire’s new draft Local Plan relates to both residential and commercial development, as well as the Net Zero and Environmental strategies that the Council is leading on.
