Thrings partner assesses companies' prospects for IPOs

...(IPOs) appears to be growing, with more companies recognising the opportunities of listing on the AIM market in order to maximise returns for increasingly confident investors.

Against this backdrop, business publication Insider recently canvassed leading corporate advisors for their views on flotations, and to find out what the prospects are for investors in the year ahead.

Thrings corporate partner Jonathan Morris, who this year has advised on the admission of shares in two companies to the Standard Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange – daVictus plc and Bluebird Merchant Ventures Ltd (BMV) - joined the conversation to share his views on companies ‘going public’.
