Techies 2019 finalists revealed

The team of judges recently gathered to review the large number of entries from tech businesses and firms embracing technology for business success across Swindon and Wiltshire ahead of The Techies 2019.

The awards - now in their second year and designed by The Business Exchange - celebrate the innovation and entrepreneurship of a thriving tech community in Swindon and Wiltshire.

And after much deliberation, the finalists in each category have been announced. View the full list here.

Techies judge Kate Westbrook, technology and contracts partner at Thrings – which is sponsoring the Cloud Innovation of the Year category - says: “I’m really proud to see the amazing work going on in tech in Swindon and Wiltshire and I’m just as proud to see us shouting about it too. Roll on awards night!”

Joining Kate on the judging panel are Paddy Bradley, director of the Swindon & Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership, James Eades, managing director at Systemagic, Jack Maxton, chief of digital at Hartham Park, Ali Hadavizadeh, director at Acorn Biz Solutions, Mirabelle Mack from the Swindon & Wiltshire SME Growth Project and Gabriella Cox, lead of the Open Call Competition for the Defence and Security Accelerator.
