RICS Dilapidations Roadshow 2019

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is returning to Bristol on 3 July to update commercial landlords, tenants, surveyors and valuers on dilapidations law.

Joining the expert panel of speakers are Thrings’ head of commercial property and property litigation, Warren Reid, and commercial property partner, Robert Barnes.

Providing a roundup of legal developments, technical issues and game-changing cases, Thrings’ specialists will lay out the impact these will have on day-to-day practice.

Focusing on statutory compliance and obligations, Thrings will tackle:

  • Landlord and tenant liability, including fire safety, equality issues, asbestos and;
  • Energy efficiency, specifically Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards.

Now involved in RICS’ South West seminar and Dilapidations Roadshow for a number of years, this event marks a continuation of the growing relationship between national institution and Thrings.
