The London Stock Exchange stock markets experienced a steady flow of initial public offerings (IPOs) in 2017 and the first half of 2018. In 2017, 49 companies were floated on AIM, raising £2.1bn between them and representing a 97 per cent increase compared to the previous year.
Thrings corporate partner Jonathan Morris recently spoke to Insider about the current appetite for IPOs and listings, and the options available to those companies who are considering a public float.
