For many years, the South West office market has been challenged by a lack of supply, particularly in its larger cities.
In Bristol, demand is not being met despite developments such as Aurora and other longer term projects providing a glimmer of hope. Bath, meanwhile, has been defined by a lack of Grade A modern office space as a result of the growing trend of converting listed office buildings to residential use.
