Case in focus: EU Plants Ltd’s access rights

The issue was a shared access route, the use of which had intensified as their business flourished. In 2016, Thrings helped EU Plants Ltd win against its neighbours in the Court of Appeal. The case revolved almost solely around the wording of an express grant.
