AIM Rules changes finalised

Thrings is supportive of the LSE’s proposed changes to the AIM Rules that come into effect on 3 July 2016 and is pleased to have contributed to the consultation in a meaningful way.

Thrings will circulate a note on the new rule changes closer to the date on which they come into effect. In the meantime, further details can be found here.
