Conveyancing Executive - Residential Property

Tim is experienced in all types of sales and purchases of residential property, including leasehold sales and purchases, plot sales and purchases, remortgages, assents and transfers of equity.

Prior to joining the Bath office in 2015, Tim spent a number of years working across Far East Asia to represent foreign investors in their acquisition of premium London properties, and has travelled the area extensively through his work. He has acted for numerous high-net-worth clients in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and in a standout case, acted for clients who collectively bought £150m of property in London’s Kings Cross.

Key Experience

Tim’s relevant experience includes:

  • acting for a foreign investor regarding their £2.5m purchase of an apartment in one of London’s most exclusive and luxury developments
  • acting for clients who collectively bought £150m of property in London’s Kings Cross, as well as buyers who bought properties in London’s premium developments, such as One Tower Bridge and Embassy Gardens
  • acting for a client buying a £2.5m Manor House in Cirencester

Through all the heartache of the failed sales last year the one good thing was the fantastic service you provided – thank you so much for that.
