Thrings Eats with…Jane Cooper, Countryside Education Trust

Following on from the successful ‘Thrings Meets’ series, ‘Thrings Eats’ celebrates the businesses, groups and organisations that put food at the heart of Hampshire.

The project is being run by Thrings in support of the Countryside Education Trust (CET), the charity which aims to help children and adults learn about, understand and care for the countryside.

Nine months on from the launch of ‘Thrings Eats’, Sally Pike, a partner in Thrings’ Family team, returns to the CET to discuss the impact of the coronavirus pandemic with CEO Jane Cooper, and learns how an outpouring of support from the local community has allowed the trust to remain focused on educating children and adults about rural life and the relationship between farming and the food we eat.
