Together they are delivering transformational projects, such as using the cloud to optimise the delivery (and consumption) of high-performance computing (HPC) – a technology which is unique and attracting global attention. Appsbroker is also working with some of the world’s largest banks.
“We are always doing things we never dreamed were possible. I think ambition and mind-set are among the biggest challenges facing businesses outside of London. We never see opportunities as too big for us - we just see what we can do. If we dream that Swindon can be the next UK Google-type IT hub, then why not? There is nothing stopping us - we have the infrastructure and great people with excellent technical skills and ambition in the area,” added Peter.
Appsbroker took home the Medium-sized Business of the Year award as well as Customer & Staff Care award at the gala dinner on 10 May, also coming second in Thrings’ Outstanding Excellence category.
